Corrugated Plastic

The most-common yard sign material. Twin-wall plastic sheet products produced from high-impact polypropylene resin. Fully-recyclable and considered to be environmentally-friendly.

Features—Thickness: 2.45 oz. (0.16”). Affordably-priced and weather-resistant. Can be 1- or 2-sided. Life expectancy: 3-6 months, with proper care and storage.

Best For—Personal-use yard signs (for birthdays, weddings, etc.), political campaign signs, golf tournament signs, temporary business advertising.

Aluminum

A thin, lightweight, malleable metal. Remarkable for its ability to resist corrosion and its light weight.

Features—Thickness: .040 mm. Nontoxic, nonmagnetic, and non-sparking. Life expectancy: 3 years.

Best For—Business yard signs, real estate yard signs, OSHA signs, security signs, property signs, parking signs and directional signs.

Ultra Metal

A high-strength aluminum composite that consists of two sheets of .015mm aluminum with a solid polyethylene core. Stronger and more-durable than regular Aluminum, which results in fewer dings and dents.

Features—Thickness: 5mm (3/16”). Features a bright-white face for superior print quality. Modern-looking Brushed Silver and Brushed Gold finishing available for additional cost. Life expectancy: Lifetime.

Best For—Professional real estate signs, building signage and other long-term business signage.

2-Sided

The 2-Sided option is available for outdoor sign materials, including corrugated plastic, aluminum and Ultra Metal. The option is also available for offset product materials, such as 14pt matte cover stock and 100 lb gloss paper. By selecting the “2-Sided” option, your design will be printed on both sides of your sign, so that viewers from both directions can see your message. If you design online and the template has a directional arrow, don’t worry—we will adjust the file to make sure the arrows point the same direction. If you upload your own file and the front and back are to be different (including arrows), please contact us after the order is placed to submit a 2nd file.

Wire Stakes

Wire Stakes are H-Shaped sign stakes made of 9 gauge steel rods. The 30”x10” stakes can accommodate small to medium 4mm corrugated plastic yard signs with a maximum recommended size of 18”x24”. Often referred to as "H frames," use wire stakes to place your sign in your yard and display your message to passing traffic. Slide the center of your corrugated plastic yard sign over the top rods and slide the bottom rods into the ground for an easy, inexpensive yard sign display.

Grommets: +$1.25

Grommets

Grommets are reinforced metal rings added to the edges of a sign to make it easier to hang. Signazon.com uses #2 silver nickel grommets, which are placed in each corner as well as every 2-3 feet along the edges of the sign. If you would like your sign to have grommets, make sure text or images do not extend to the outer edges of your sign. If using bungee cords or zip ties to hang your signage, grommets are recommended.
