Corrugated Plastic

Light, Easy Transport

The most-common yard sign material. Twin-wall plastic sheet products produced from high-impact polypropylene resin. Fully-recyclable and considered to be environmentally friendly.

Features—Thickness: 2.45 oz. (0.16”). Affordably priced and weather-resistant. Can be 1- or 2-sided. Life expectancy: 3-6 months, with proper care and storage.

Best For—Personal use yard signs (for birthdays, weddings, etc.), political campaign signs, golf tournament signs, temporary business advertising.

ACM Metal

Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) Metal is a new, popular type of metal with good stability, light weight, and a sleek look.

ACM Metal is created with a three-layer sandwich panel consisting of two pre-painted .015mm aluminum sheets bonded to a black polyethylene (PE) core, giving it a total thickness of 0.125 inches. These layers make ACM Metal stronger than standard aluminum and ensure it remains flat after installation, even in extreme temperatures.

The best part? ACM Metal comes at a great price point when compared to aluminum.

Understanding Slide-In Frame

2-Sided

With the 2-Sided option, designs will be printed on both sides of the strong materials with a build in block out feature to ensure durability and full opacity blocking the design from seeing through from other side.

For 2 sided banners, we use 18 oz heavy weighted vinyl.

Keep in mind: If the design contains an arrow element, be aware the front and back must have different files with the arrow flipped to show opposite arrows in each file.

Reflective

Reflective option is produced an engineer-grade 3M vinyl film with 7 mil thickness. When light hits the material, it reflects, drawing attention to your sign. Great for advertising at night. The most important thing to know is that the entire white film we print on is coated with reflective elements. That means that as more ink is printed on your piece, it becomes less reflective.

Tip: Light colors typically work best. You’ll want to stay away from full-image backgrounds and lots of dark tones. White space is your friend and will ensure your final piece is as reflective as possible.

Bleed Area Add 0.125in.

Extend your background to fill the full "bleed area." This will make sure you do not end up with white edges when your product is cut.

Keep all of the important elements of your design-text, logo, icons-inside this area. It's okay for backgrounds and images to run all the way to the bleed area.

What type of files will you accept?

We recommend vector-based .PDF design files. Most major design applications can generate a print-ready .PDF by using the Save As feature and selecting “Adobe PDF.” If you are unable to obtain a .PDF file for your design, the best are those in .EPS or .AI (CS3 or higher) format with all text converted to outlines.

How do I prevent text and images from being blocked by the frame?

To ensure your text and images are fully visible and not covered by the frame, we recommend leaving at least 1 inch of clear space (margin) around all edges of your sign design. This means:

No important text within 1 inch of any edge
No critical images or logos within 1 inch of any edge
Keep all essential design elements at least 1 inch away from the top, bottom, left, and right borders
