Vinyl Window Decal Materials:
Vinyl Decal Film is the most affordable and more permanent advertisement solution with a stunning gloss finish.
What it is like -- It is a glossy, calendared, and very thin vinyl film with self adhesive back and thick white liner. 3.4 mil, 3 year film.
Features -- Available in regular (not see through), clear, easy off (low-tack removable adhesive up to 1 year).
How to install- -- Full Color Graphic Printed on the front, adhesive on the back. Graphic side is not sticky. Peel off the back liner and applies on the outside of window for outside view.
One Way Vision Film is popular for large size store front window graphics. You can see through from inside as if nothing on the window.
What it is like -- 8 mil, 2 year PVC film with 50% of the film micro perforated 1.5 mm holes.
How to install -- Full Color Graphic Printed on the front, adhesive on the back. Graphic side is not sticky. Peel off the back liner and applies on the outside of window for outside view.
Static Cling is the only material allow the graphics applied on the inside of glass window or glass door facing out for outside view.
What it is like -- a PVC Film that sticks / clings to smooth gloss surfaces such as glass, smooth plastic and shiny metal surfaces. 7.5mil, 3 Month film.
Features -- Available in regular (not see-through) and clear. Reusable, Removable with no residue left behind. Both sides have static cling properties.
How to install -- Use a wet application method for static cling, if the static cling is of medium or large size.
Tips to select the right material:
• Clear vinyl and clear static cling are transparent from both sides.
• Be aware that graphics on clear material are less vivid and eye catching from distance than if they were printed on regular material (due to their solid background support).
• If you want the flexibility taking on and off all the time, choose static cling.
• If you need the graphics applied on the inside of glass window/ door for outside view, choose static cling.
