Strongest 13 oz with 1000 x 1000 high tenacity yarn construction that makes it stands up to the harsh outdoor conditions. This high-quality polyester scrim vinyl banner provides excellent image quality and vibrant color.

With thickness of 13 oz./yd.2 (0.14”), this medium weight banner material is highly durable, tear- and fade-resistant, resists curling.

When displayed outdoor, with glossy coating on top of smooth surface, our professional looking gloss vinyl banners give you the power to go above and beyond your vision.

Understanding Breakaway Banner

Options

Breakaway

The Breakaway option is a true classic for youth football game entrances. It is produced as two pieces (left and right) that are secured in the middle of the banner by Velcro to create one continuous design.

Often, cheerleaders or coaches hold the poles on either side, while the Velcro strip allows the banner to easily break away when the team runs through it and onto the field.

Our Breakaway Banners are made to last for many seasons to come.

Pole Pocket: Sides

The unique fabrication of breakaway banner is a combination of Breakaway option and Pole Pockets on the side.

The Pole pockets are produced with 3-inch extra banner material added to the left and right edges of your banner, looped over and stitched with original layer. It includes a 1.9-inch space to insert a wooden pole or rod on each side, so cheerleaders can hold the poles to display the banner at the youth sports event.

Do not add any crop marks or resize your design, we have built in feature to handle it. Note: the wooden poles are not included.

Our high-quality digital printing will produce your design in full color, and can be ordered in any custom size.

All breakaway banners are printed using high-quality, durable gloss or matte vinyl material. These materials are lightweight and portable, making it easy to pack and install your banner between games. Vinyl is durable and weather-resistant, regardless of pouring rain or a heat wave.

Adding the "Breakaway" option ensures that your banner will split into two pieces. The "Outdoor" option adds additional edge reinforcement using stitching or heat welding. Don’t forget to add Side Pole Pockets if you will be using poles to hold your banner.

Extend your background to fill the full "bleed area." This will make sure you do not end up with white edges when your product is cut.

Safe Zone Inset 0.125in.

Keep all of the important elements of your design-text, logo, icons-inside this area. It's okay for backgrounds and images to run all the way to the bleed area.

What type of files will you accept?

We recommend vector-based .PDF design files. Most major design applications can generate a print-ready .PDF by using the Save As feature and selecting “Adobe PDF.” If you are unable to obtain a .PDF file for your design, the best are those in .EPS or .AI (CS3 or higher) format with all text converted to outlines.

Excellent customer service. The true test of a company is how it manages customer relationships when things don't go as they should, which happens to everyone sometimes. Owing to a communication breakdown, my order was not completed as I expected. However, Tim Delahanty took immediate charge of the situation and rectified the problem. He e-mailed me a prepaid FedEx return label, and I returned the two banners I'd ordered at no expense to me. They were corrected and sent back to me, and now they're perfect! The car magnets I'd also ordered were also perfect. Kudos to Tim and the customer service department for taking care of customer satisfaction! I wouldn't hesitate to order from Signazon again.
