Our car magnets are made in the USA from the highest-quality thermoplastic magnets available. Free of dead spots, they are magnetized to withstand rain, sleet, snow and heat.

Strong yet flexible, they mount easily on any flat metallic surface, including cars, filling cabinets, and other machinery. Thickness: 30 mil (.036”).

All magnets are finished with latex ink and overcoat to ensure scratch resistance and better UV protection than traditional UV inks.

Easy Stick Vinyl

For Fiberglass & Aluminum

While our magnets are great, if your vehicle is made of fiber glass, Aluminum or you want oversize graphics, Easy Stick Vinyl is the way to go. Powered by new patented, low-tack adhesive technology, it is light weight, removable, reusable, and leaves no residue.

When ready to install, remove the back protective paper liner, and apply with firm pressure to a clean, smooth, flat surface on the vehicle. For storing, put it back on to the protective paper liner.

To ensure its longevity, please keep the low-tack-adhesive back side free of dust and debris.

Reflective

Reflective option is produced an engineer-grade 3M vinyl film with 7 mil thickness. When light hits the material, it reflects, drawing attention to your sign. Great for advertising at night. The most important thing to know is that the entire white film we print on is coated with reflective elements. That means that as more ink is printed on your piece, it becomes less reflective.

Tip: Light colors typically work best. You’ll want to stay away from full-image backgrounds and lots of dark tones. White space is your friend and will ensure your final piece is as reflective as possible.

How to Order and Care for Your Car Door Magnets

Ordering and installing your custom car magnets from Signazon is simple, just follow these four steps.

Step 1: Measure Flat Surface on Your Vehicle

Carefully measure the flat surface of the vehicle where you plan to put the magnetic car sign. It’s important to measure correctly so you can order a custom car magnet in the right size. To get a perfect measurement:

Verify whether your vehicle is composed of Metal, Aluminum, or Fiberglass.
Only measure flat surfaces. Ensure that the entire magnet lies completely flat against the metal surface. Avoid placing it over any protrusions, such as moldings, decals, or pinstripes, as well as in recessed areas. It is crucial that No Air Pockets are present beneath the magnet
Measure around things like door jams, handles, and vehicle emblems; putting a car magnet over these things will not work.
Write down the exact measurements. Do not estimate. Even a small miscalculation can result in a magnet that doesn’t fit.

Step 2: Configure Design for Custom Car Magnets

Consider these tips for an impactful car magnet for business advertising design:

When they arrive, place your magnets on a refrigerator door for at least 24 hours to flatten and re-magnetize them after shipping,
Every magnet we ship undergoes a rigorous quality assurance process, including a Comprehensive Strength Test, to ensure that our magnets will adhere properly to metal surfaces.
Clean the area on your vehicle where you want to install the sign with soap and water, then dry it completely.
Carefully attach the magnet to the flat steel surface and remove any air bubbles underneath by pressing on it gently.
Air bubbles allow airflow underneath, which leads to damage or could cause it to peel off. Now drive around and advertise your business!

Step 4: Weekly Removal & Cleaning

To prevent moisture and dirt buildup between the magnet and your car door, it is recommended to Remove and Clean the magnet Weekly.

Both the magnet and the metal surface should be cleaned with a mild detergent and wiped with a soft cloth or left to air-dry.
After waxing and polishing, please allow at least two days for the wax to fully cure before reapplying the magnets.

Super easy to design your own costumed sign on line. The other services only had set Number of templets. With Signazon I was able to input the exact measurements I wanted and design my sign on the templet immediately on line. I ordered 24"x24" car magnets as well as 24"x24" yard signs of our logo (which is very detailed). The web site was easy to follow and down loading the logo was a piece of cake! You always feel like your taking a chance sending off an existing image to be copied and have it look nice. My products not only came back nice, they came back exceptional! Besides the ease of the web site the three other selling points for me were that the price per item goes down as the quanity of your order goes up, the fact that Signazon will die cut your image and the over all cost was reasonable! I put my design in a "save it" file to review later, and received an email from Laura at Signazon which stated if I needed assistance to call her. I emailed her and immediately received a call back, she was very helpful and I ordered the signs. They came quickly, and were just what I ordered and expected, the pictures used on the signs were perfect and clear. They were large and thick, well made and durable. I am very pleased with my Signazon purchase. First of all the price was ideal for a small business like ours. I needed custom sizes since I was purchasing magnets and had to place them strategically on my minivan. The design tool was easy to use, had clear instructions and was not full of bugs like many other online tools I have used. The down side of the design tool was its lack of features. I would have liked more drawing tools like lines, rectangles, objects and fill options like fading colors. I liked that I found a template in the library with a graphic I could use so I just modified the template, but it would have been nice if I could have copied the graphic to another tool since the Signazon tool lacked features. I assume new features and improvements will be available some day. The processing time was very short and shipping was fast to our location. The signs arrived earlier than I expected and I had them in time for a customer demo. I highly recommend Signazon and will definitely use them again.

What are your car magnets made of?

We use US made high-quality material that is flexible, scratch resistant, and can adhere to all types of metal vehicles. It is designed for adverse weather conditions, and can withstand rain, sleet, snow, UV rays, and extreme temperatures from -15 to 160.

What types of vehicles can I put a custom car magnet on?

You can attach magnetic signs to all types of metal vehicles. If you are not sure whether your vehicle is made of metal, check before you buy business car magnets. Some vehicles today are made of fiberglass or aluminum, and magnets will not stick to these materials. We offer low tack adhesives for non-metal surfaces.

Where can you put a car magnet?

Magnetic car signs can be placed on any flat surface of the vehicle. Avoid areas that have raised or indented spots on the car, door handles, or other obstructions. The best places are on the doors, tailgate, or the side panels of a van.

Will a car door magnet ruin my paint?

No, a car magnet will not damage the paint. In fact, car magnets provide a layer of protection for the paint underneath and prevent scratches, fading, or damage from UV rays. When you want to take it off simply peel it away.

How do I know the magnet won’t fall off while I’m driving?

We use a durable and high-quality material to make our magnetic signs. When installed correctly, these strong magnets can withstand all types of weather, wind, and other common wear and tear from driving. We also print it with rounded corners to avoid peeling corners, which is the most common reason magnets come off.

Always measure your vehicle's flat surface and customize the size to fit. Avoid placing over curved surfaces, lips, trims or rivets to stop air pockets getting between the steel vehicle surface and the magnetic car signs. Eliminate the risk of the magnet flying away.

Do not place over car wraps or existing car decals.

Can I wash my car with a car magnet on?

No, Absolutely not. Always protect your Car magnets and Reusable Car Decals by removing them before washing the vehicle, clean it with water separately, store flat, and reapply it after surface is clean and dry.

Doing so will help eliminate the possibility of the material getting scratched or damaged, moved by high pressure water, chemicals/ waxes or debris & moisture getting in between the material and the body of the vehicle's surface.

As long as you follow the instruction, your magnetic signs and easy stick vinyl will stay vibrant and works perfectly on your vehicle door for a long time.

Where should the Magnet be stored?

Storing your magnets is easy, simply place back on a refrigerator or large flat steel surface. Storing in a clean, dry environment, ideally on a leveled smooth steel surface.
