I placed an order for 3 real estate yard signs and the process with Carter went smoothly. The order arrived and upon opening my order I found the real estate signs were not double sided. The backside was white. Original order on website was double sided. I immediately called Carter, the service rep who had taken my original order, explained the issue, he responded he would pass the issue to the Design Dept and assured me they would call me back. After discussions with customer service they agreed to rectify the problem and offered me an amicable solution. I was satisfied and look forward to working with them in the future for my advertising needs.

It was very easy to order online...not a glitch. I was kept informed as to the status if the delivery from the start. I was emailed instructions regarding the care on the signs. And I received the package in under 8 hours. And shipping was free. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. MY FAULT.

corner of sign paper backing was coming off, but it went on the window and stayed. I am not picking at it, so only time will tell if the glue is going to hold. It was pack or rolled up that way.

It was a quick and easy experience. I spent hours looking for companys that make signs..but all of them wanted you to "contact them" for quotes. Signazon allows you to upload/design your logo and the size and provided you with a quote on the spot. so simple. love it

For the most-part my signazon shopping experience was great. I got the product I needed, when I needed it. The $25 "rush" cost to get it out that day seemed a bit excessive. I suppose in a world with Amazon it's kind of expected to get it out same-day. Also, I was expecting the material to be slightly different (more of a hard-plastic), but this is more my fault than Signazon's. All in all, great experience and I will come back if I need a customized sign. Thanks!

It was very quick and painless. I was able too see the proof before actual production of my sign. This was very helpful rather than getting it and having to send back; it was all taken care before ever getting it. Applying was a little difficult as I have never done this before myself and my back window is not flat. But that part did not have anything to do with the company. I will definitely order from here again!
