Signazon has excellent customer service, excellent design support and unbelievable affordable pricing. I recently completed two jobs no-line for canvas banners. Customer service provided guidance on print resolution, reviewed my final work and recommended the outdoor option for material. Both banners were produced and delivered quickly. I can get them faster ordering thru Signazon than I can ordering thru a local sign company, AND CHEAPER!! After being evacuated from their homes for nearly a month following Superstorm Sandy, it was announced that residents of one of our managed properties in Lower Manhattan would be allowed to return home. On a Friday, and with only one day's notice, I contacted Signazon to have a large, custom "Welcome Home" banner made that included the building's intricate logo. I was amazed at how helpful Sean Fitzgerald was throughout the process. He was efficient, thorough and quick to return phone calls and follow up. He even provided his personal cell phone number in the event there was any issue with the Saturday delivery. Sean managed to get the banner produced and delivered to our property overnight. The banner is fantastic, high quality, and our residents were excited to see it after not being in their building for so long. I highly recommend Signazon and my company definitely will be using them again as the need arises. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

We needed a very small custom sign and I was not successful in locating what I needed online at Signazon.com or at other competitors websites but I received an email from an associate as soon as I left Signazon.com. It was great because the associate told me that they could make exactly what we needed and guided me right where I needed to go online. The design process was extremely easy to navigate and didn't require any additional software downloads. Once completed, the sign was shipped promtly to my office. We have ordered 3 very large Ultra Metal signs and 3 smaller aluminum signs from Signazon and have been VERY happy with the quality of the work and the customer service we have received. There was a small problem with the corners on one batch of signs and they reprinted and resent the order in less than a week at no charge. We will definitely be using them for more signs in the future.

All I can say is WOW! Our Sunday School Class, was looking to do a fundraiser, so we decided to sell yard signs, with our church name and address, on them. I had no idea where to start, so I searched the internet and found Signazon and I am so glad I did! I have never been happier, with a company, than I have with Signazon!! Their website is very user friendly and their prices were reasonable too. I placed the order on a Sunday night around 8:00 pm and on Tuesday, the metal stakes arrived and on Saturday the signs were delivered to our door! I was expecting a 2-3 week turn around. The only issue I had, and they were quick to respond as well as to correct the error, was that I got charged for shipping, when I had used a code for free shipping. I would highly recommend Signazon, for any of your sign needs! I know that we will be using them again!!

The online design tool was fairly easy to use. I did have one question and tried to communicate via chat, but it was after office hours, so I didn't ever hear from anyone and figured out the answer myself. The product was delivered on the first day of their completion window. I ordered a banner like one I had ordered from them before. The quality of the plastic seems to be a little less than my order 4 years ago - a little less pliable and heavy duty. The print/paint scratches off of it pretty easily. Printing was good and product is what I ordered. I would use them again.
