I was placing an order for a client who did not get back to me with better dpi logo design and Signazon went out of there way to fix the problem and still met the promised delivery.

The web sire was easy to use and the sipped of service for proofs was very good. I placed my order on. Thursday and had it the following Wednesday. The quality of the materials exceeded that of magnetic signs I had ordered elsewhere. I will use Signazon again.

Purchased a window sign and it was delivered within 4 days. The instructions were not included, so I called and they emailed them to me right away. I was very pleased with the product it saved me about 75.00 in installation fees doing it myself. The instructions suggested 2 people to install, but actually took three. It looks great and the real test will be how it stands up over time.

I tried all the other sites and signazon was the easiest for me to use. I could pick every thing I wanted in a sign and they helped me when I had 2 specific colors that I just could not match up with the color wheel. I mailed the samples of the colors and they matched them perfectly. Then I tried to price match the cost in my area and signazon beat the competition comparing apples to apples.The only thing I wish I could have done is shadow the letters on my sign with black edge to make them stand out better. Great service.

Let's start at the beginning. Found this site, searched what I needed and completed images to download. Submitted to signazon and before I even knew it I had an email in reference to one of the images having poor resolution. I corrected the problem and contacted them by phone. The rep. was courteous and helpful. He advised me on what I needed and gave me his email to send the new image. I received an email to approve each image, for which I didn't realize. The very next day I received a phone call asking to approve the second image that I resubmitted. The rep. again was very helpful. I then received an email later the same day stating my order was complete and would ship immediately. I had my order in three days. Saturday delivery even. The two items were exactly what I wanted and I have already placed them on cornhole boards. They stuck perfectly to the wood. To sum it up. First class group of people. Very proactiv at making sure you get what you want when you need it. I will always look to Signazon for any signs I may need. Doesn't mean I will buy from them, but they will be first on my list. This company is incredible, I placed my order using original artwork, emailed through the website, and 2 days later had my item delivered. The work is exceptional, the delivery time unbelievable, I just wish that they had a customer service department where I can co-ordinate all of my printing needs for my company i.e. signs, flyers, business cards, etc. I highly recommend this company.

Ordered a sign to celebrate my daughter graduating. Your site was wonderful. Really easy to use I uploaded one of her senior pictures for the sign and got the hang of creating the text and moving it around. Just got the sign this past weekend and it is WONDERFUL. Thanks for the great service.
