As a first time customer I found their site and order templates easy to use and when I did have a question, customer service answered the phone promptly to help me out. We received our order quuickly and without any hassles. Product we purchased was reasonably priced and no problem with the quality. It was a good experience and if need be, I'll order from Signazon again in the future!

I ordered a grand opening sign with my logo and name on it....I looked at a lot of website and signazon.com was definately the most inexpensive site...The sign was beautiful and everythinh I expected it to be ....I loved it. Even the sign guy who put it up for me said it was durable and really nice. so thank you signazon for helping me make my grand opening a huge success.....

I ordered two magnetic signs for our truck. The ordering process and design process was very easy. I put my design in a "save it" file to review later, and received an email from Laura at Signazon which stated if I needed assistance to call her. I emailed her and immediately received a call back, she was very helpful and I ordered the signs. They came quickly, and were just what I ordered and expected, the pictures used on the signs were perfect and clear. They were large and thick, well made and durable. We are extremely happy with our purchase, and will be purchasing more business items in the future. The package was shipped in a sturdy tube and came in perfect condition.

I have looked at many sign companies, but they were either out of my budget or just not interested in customer service. I have a small start up business. That means I need good customer service and high quality to fit into a small budget. Not an easy task, but Signazon totally came through for me. I am thrilled with the finished product. I had outstanding assistance from the support team when I ran into issues with the original resolution. I was able to see exactly what stage of production my project was in the whole way through. I was also able to track it in shipping via the Fedex website. I received it exactly when they said I would and the final product was better than I could have expected. I will use them again for future marketing projects.

We are a construction and remodeling company in Houston, Texas. We found Signazon.com on the web, when we needed magnetic advertising signs to place on our vehicles and new business cards. Their website is extremely easy to use; and it handles just about all the computer graphics options one needs to create classic, stylish, vector-quality signs, business cards, and many other types of print jobs. Given that I am a perfectionist about my graphics, I called the Signazon staff several times, with special issues, on both these jobs, and they accommodated all of them quickly and professionally. We have done several orders between the Charlestown and Dallas locations. Jim in the Charlestown office has been extremely helpful in answering questions, on-time delivery & installations. We have had several issues with timing and quality when placing orders through the Dallas location. After a late arrival of product and a complete install it was found that the color palette was incorrect. Since the error we have had great customer service and prompt resolutions that will allow us to continue our partnership Signazon.

I am very pleased with my Signazon purchase. First of all the price was ideal for a small business like ours. I needed custom sizes since I was purchasing magnets and had to place them strategically on my minivan. The design tool was easy to use, had clear instructions and was not full of bugs like many other online tools I have used. The down side of the design tool was its lack of features. I would have liked more drawing tools like lines, rectangles, objects and fill options like fading colors. I liked that I found a template in the library with a graphic I could use so I just modified the template, but it would have been nice if I could have copied the graphic to another tool since the Signazon tool lacked features. I assume new features and improvements will be available some day. The processing time was very short and shipping was fast to our location. The signs arrived earlier than I expected and I had them in time for a customer demo. I highly recommend Signazon and will definitely use them again.

This is the second banner we ordered from Signazon. This time I even added my Colonial Flowers logo, since I ordered early and had time to wait. The sign was still shipped the next day and I recieved it right away. The sign is beautiful and very colorful. This was my first time ordering from Signazon.com and I am very happy. I found the website and their on-line chat helpful in answering questions that I had. I created my sign (just text with no graphics) in Photoshop and saved as PDF. As noted on their website, it is best to use a Vector based program (which Photoshop is not). The edges of the text are not perfectly smooth, but it is pretty close. My sign is displayed about 15 feet above and you would not be able to notice this at all. I will definitely purchase through Signazon again.
