My Account does store your default billing and shipping information to make the reordering process quick and easy. Note that when placing an order, your billing and shipping info can again be updated in the checkout process, but the default will always be what is listed in your account.
For security reasons, we do not save your credit card information. Many of our customers share accounts with other employees, family members, etc., so removing the payment details keeps this important information safe. To place a new order, you will need to re-enter your payment information.
