Construction Banners

Great work deserves to be seen before it's finished. Your fence line is three hundred feet of street-facing surface that every neighbor, inspector, and passing trade reads for the length of the build — and on most sites it says nothing at all.

Change that. Custom-printed mesh construction banners carry your brand and your rendering the full run of the perimeter, screening the staging behind them, on a 37% open weave that releases wind rather than loading the fence.

Mesh Banner
Significantly Reduce Wind Load

A Mesh Banner is a superior choice to combat the wind when compared to traditional wind slits. Wind slits weaken the banner's initial integrity and can lead to ripping or fraying, negating the overall durability of the banner.

Our Mesh Banner is an 8 oz. top coated and made from high-quality polyester scrim to reduce high wind forces.

It has slit-like tiny holes supported by crisscrossed fibers to allow 37% air flow and enhanced image quality, which is perfect for viewing small text and fine details from afar, like when you have event graphics displayed on protective barricades.

Understanding Mesh Banner
Options
Grommets
Grommets are the most common way to display a banner. One can used with zip ties, ropes, & bungee cords. Our silver nickel grommets are in each corner and every 2-3 feet along the top and bottom edges. The placement distributes the weight of the banner evenly and keeps it from sagging. The size #2 grommets have inner diameter of 0.5 inch, and the outer of 0.75 inch.  To avoid any text or images from being punched off, best practice is to keep the design away from 1 inch edges
Reinforced Edges
When displaying a Banner outdoors, wind will cause more wear and tear as it tugs and pulls on the Banner’s attached bungees or fixtures.

For 2X the durability, we offer reinforced edges to absorb most of the pressure. It will add 1” of extra material to the top and bottom edges, which we fold over, and then hem them to create strong, finished edges.

For 2-sided banners with reinforced edges: the folded edges require a 2-inch solid color safe zone along the top and bottom. No gradients, images, or text in this area. See FAQ for details.
Mesh Banner File Preparation

Design Guidelines

Have a design file ready for print? We recommend that you review the following guidelines before placing your order.
Total File Size With Bleed (H x W):
Finished Product Size (H x W):
Understanding File Setup
Bleed Area Add 0.125in.
Extend your background to fill the full "bleed area." This will make sure you do not end up with white edges when your product is cut.
Finished Project Size What you selected on this page
This is where we aim to cut your final product size.
Safe Zone Inset 0.125in.
Keep all of the important elements of your design-text, logo, icons-inside this area. It's okay for backgrounds and images to run all the way to the bleed area.
What type of files will you accept?
We recommend vector-based .PDF design files. Most major design applications can generate a print-ready .PDF by using the Save As feature and selecting “Adobe PDF.” If you are unable to obtain a .PDF file for your design, the best are those in .EPS or .AI (CS3 or higher) format with all text converted to outlines.
Recommended file types:
Vector-based .PDF, .PS, .PSD, or .EPS. Vector-based Adobe Illustrator .AI
Other accepted file types:
.PNG, .TIF, . BMP, .GIF, or .JPG
