Once artwork is approved, we cannot cancel orders because they are sent to production immediately. We do this to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner. After a print job has been approved by the customer, no changes to artwork files and job characteristics are allowed.
In some cases, a refund may be extended to the customer if no work has been done by Signazon.com on the order. Please note that such a refund would be adjusted to cover the minimum cancellation fee of $25.00 per order for the services associated with the order.
