If you're looking to make changes to a current order, as a highly automated ecommerce printing company, we generally do not accommodate change order requests. Our production process moves incredibly fast, and attempting to intercept an order mid-stream often creates more complications than solutions. We kindly ask all customers to review their designs thoroughly before submitting, as once an order enters our system, it proceeds to production very quickly to meet our delivery commitments.
Interrupting our highly automated workflow increases the risk of errors, as change requests may not be communicated accurately through our system to various departments. Additionally, attempting to modify an order in progress will actually delay production.
If you're looking to edit a design from a previous shipped order and reorder it, you can log into your account, go to 'My Orders,' find the order containing the design, and select 'Reorder.' This will allow you to modify the design before placing a new order.
