Please review all aspects of your order before confirming your purchase. This includes the design, size, quantity, material, production options and shipping method. If an order has not begun production, changes can be made, however various charges will apply.
Design Changes: Each round of revision will require a $25.00 Design Fee if you request any changes be made to the proof before your final approval. Please look over your design carefully and list all of the changes that you would like made to the design. This will expedite your order and help you avoid further design fees.
Size, Quantity and Material Changes: Any changes to the size of your sign, the order quantity or the material on which it is to be printed will be subject to the difference in price required by making those changes.
After a print job has been approved by the customer, no changes are allowed to the artwork files and job characteristics, because it is sent directly to production by our fully-automated system.
Shipping Changes: If you need to change your shipping method or address after placing an order, please contact us ASAP to make the change. Please note that upgrading your shipping method or changing the shipping address will require additional charges. No shipping changes are allowed on the scheduled ship date.
