If your order is damaged in transit, please file a
Support Request within 24 hours of receiving the package. You will need the order #, the email address associated with the order, and clear pictures of all the damaged item(s) and packaging. Once we receive all of this information, the Support Claim will be processed.
Please hold onto the item(s) for two weeks, as FedEx might need to pick up and inspect the package for their records.
