If you are unable to upload a file or the system will not complete the upload process, we recommend re-saving your file as a .PDF and trying to upload it again. If you are uploading a design file like an .AI or .PSD, it should at least be .PDF-compatible, which can be adjusting in the Options window of your design program.
If the upload system displays “Error” or appears to stop, it is very likely that your file does not contain .PDF information or that it is corrupt. If you have re-saved your file as a .PDF and it still will not upload, please contact us at 1-800-518-1217.
Signazon.com requests that before uploading an .AI file, please convert all text to outlines and embed all images. Text Outlines are accomplished by selecting all text and then clicking “Type>Create Outlines” in Illustrator. To embed images, select each image and click the “Embed” button in the top toolbar.
