As all items ordered from Signazon.com are custom printed, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
However, if your order is damaged in transit or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please
Contact Us within 24 hours of receiving the package. You will need the order #, the email address associated with the order, and clear pictures of all damaged item(s) and packaging material, or all items that do not meet your satisfaction. Once we receive this information, the support request will proceed. Please hold onto damaged item(s) for two weeks, as FedEx might need to pick up and inspect the package for their records.
At Signazon.com, we are proud of our products/services and stand behind them 100%. If there is a manufacturing error, we will expedite a reprint and ship out using the original shipping method you chose.
The following situations are not covered by our warranty:
- Time-sensitive products that arrive after the event date – if your project has a short deadline, please select “Rush” production and “Air” shipping. It is highly-recommended that you allow the products to arrive at least one day before the event date.
- Color variation – Although all Signazon.com printers are color-calibrated for the best-possible digital color, we cannot guarantee a 100% color match for regular orders. If your job is color-critical, we highly-recommend providing a valid CMYK color code or paying $50.00 for a Pantone color match. A hard copy proof can be ordered for color-matching purposes for an additional $50.00.
- Customer design errors (including but not limited to: misspelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors, inferior quality or low-resolution images, phone number and email errors) – Carefully review every detail of the digital proof that is available before placing an order. Once you submit the order or respond to an updated email proof with “OK to Print,” we are not responsible for reprinting due to customer errors.
- Customer application/installation errors or products that are damaged or lost due to improper use (such as car magnets that do not stay attached due to incorrect size, incompatible surface application, or improper care) – Please follow the installation guidelines in our Help Center to avoid these issues. Signazon.com cannot be held responsible for damage to its products due to unforeseen or uncontrollable weather circumstances, including but not limited to extreme cold/heat, rain, wind, sleet, ice, hail, and snow.
