Question: What material do you use for your car decals and truck decals?
Answer:Signazon uses a high-quality 3M polymeric vinyl film in white color and opaque. This film is designed specifically for both indoor and outdoor use. It can be printed in a wide range of colors to create a completely customized sign.
Every 3M vinyl product is extensively tested to work with printers, software, and ink manufacturers. You get vibrant, bright graphics on every car decal you order from Signazon.
3M vinyl also comes with Controltac™ technology. Inside the adhesive layer are millions of microscopic spheres to keep the vinyl from coming in contact with your surface until you apply pressure. No more accidentally sticking the car vinyl decal on before it’s in the right spot. You can visualize and reposition it multiple times before applying pressure to stick it on permanently.
Question: Can car decals be printed in any color?
Answer:Yes, our high-quality printed vinyl is designed for full-color printing in any color you would like. We highly recommend contrasting colors so your truck stickers and car stickers will stand out when you apply them to your vehicle. Use our templates or upload a custom design to get started. Talk to our customer service design team with any questions as you create your design.
Question: What shapes can I print for custom car decals?
Answer:We offer two choices. The first is a die-cut of the exact outline of your design (with no border). The second is a shape die-cut that traces the general outline of your design and adds a small ¼-inch to ½-inch white border. This increases the visibility of your graphics.
Question: Can you put truck stickers and car stickers anywhere on a vehicle?
Answer:You can apply car decals to any part of the vehicle that is a mostly flat surface, such as a window, tailgate, or the side doors.
Question: How long do vinyl car decals last?
Answer:With proper installation and care, vinyl decals on your vehicle can last for several years. They are also easy to remove with heat assistance (a hair dryer will do) if you need to change your advertising or your message and want to apply a new decal in the future.
